Order Process Payment Delivery Refunds/Exchanges

 

Order Process

 

To place an order please follow the on screen instructions once you have chosen a design. After you submit an order you will receive an order reference number and a confirmation email.

 

Payment

 

Flipt Concept accepts payment via all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. Paypal is used by us as our payment gateway, however, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase from us.

 

Delivery Times/Cost

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 6-8 weeks of you submitting the order or where required.

Delivery within the UK mainland is free. If you require shipping outside of the UK mainland, please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order is faulty or has been damaged in transit we will exchange the goods or issue a full refund.

Errors
If we have made an error on your order we will refund you or send the correct order. If you have made a mistake, for example selected incorrect colours, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. For this reason we recommend that you check all details carefully before submitting your order.
